As some of you might recall, I decided to enter into the Girl Saves Boy Ficathon that was going in september. I did(!) finish my story but with the move of Eevia I never got to post it here as I meant to. Thus I’m posting it now!
This is a piece of World of Warcraft fan fiction, centered around my own druid Eilan and my boyfriend’s druid Malannon. I have no copyright claims to the setting etc, that’s all Blizzard’s property. Also, as I haven’t written anything with a story for some good ten years, my storytelling may be a bit clunky, my apologies. =)

Writing you say?
When I were younger I actually wrote a fair bit, most of it was nonsensical (and often angsty) poetry but I did start on a few original stories and I even started writing a Star Wars fan fic. I never did finish more than one very short story back then though. But today my itch for writing was poked back into life when I found this little piece in the Mass Effect LiveJournal community:
I don’t think it’s any secret that I’ve always liked strong female characters that kick ass. So, what better way to dust off my rusty old writing habits then a tribute to a strong female saving the day?
So far I haven’t decided whether to go for a short fan faction piece or an original one. If I do go for fan fiction I would likely end up with either something Mass Effect-y or Doctor Who. Generally because those are the fandoms that I’m still fangirling about. That, or I explore my One Winged Angel’s background a bit closer.
Either way, it’s back to writing and my fingers are actually itching for it again.
